【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardisaproductspecification,givingperformancerequirementsforfiresafetycabinetsusedforstoringpressurisedgascylinders.Itisapplicabletocabinetswithatotalinternalvolumesuitabletostorepressurisedgascylinderswithatotalvolumenotexceeding220l,includingcylindersofpurginggases.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletobrickenclosures,walk-instorageroomsorcabinetswhichdonottaketheirweightontheirbase.Requirementsaregiveninrespecttotheconstructionofthecabinetanditscapacitytoresistfireconditionsontheoutside.Atypetestisincluded,whichisbasedonthealreadyexistingfireresistance(heatingcurve)testsgiveninEN14470-1.ThetestsdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardaretypetests(forthestorageofflammableliquidsEN14470-1isapplicable–thecriteriaforfailurearedifferent–seeAnnexA).
