【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstestsforvariousmagneticpropertiesofamorphousmaterialsatpowerfrequencies(25to400Hz)usingatoroidaltesttransformer.Thetermtoroidaltesttransformerisusedtodescribethetestdevicereservingthetermspecimentorefertothematerialusedinthetest.Thetestspecimenconsistsoftoroidallywoundflatstrip.Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofcoreloss,excitingpower,rmsandpeakexcitingcurrent,severaltypesofacpermeability,andrelatedpropertiesunderacmagnetizationatmoderateandhighinductionsatpowerfrequencies(25-70Hz).Withproperinstrumentationandspecimenpreparation,thistestmethodisacceptableformeasurementsatfrequenciesfrom5Hzto100kHz.Properinstrumentationimpliesthatalltestinstrumentshavetherequiredfrequencyband-width.AlsoseeAnnexA2.Thistestmethodalsoprovidesproceduresforcalculatingimpedancepermeabilityfrommeasuredvaluesofrmsexcitingcurrentandforcalculatingacpeakpermeabilityfrommeasuredpeakvaluesoftotalexcitingcurrentatmagnetizingforcesuptoabout10Oe(796A/m).Explanationofsymbolsandbriefdefinitionsappearinthetextofthistestmethod.TheofficialsymbolsanddefinitionsarelistedinTerminologyA340.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
